We currently ship to most international destinations. Availability may vary depending on carrier restrictions. If your country does not appear during checkout, please contact our support team for assistance.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates vary based on product origin and destination:
- Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days
- U.S. Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days (for U.S.-based products)
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or external factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and weight.
- Promotional free-shipping periods may apply.
- Pastura does not add surcharges to standard carrier rates.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You may track the shipment online using the carrier’s portal.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International shipments may incur VAT, import duties, or customs fees.
- These charges are not included in your purchase total and must be paid by the recipient.
- Pastura is not responsible for customs delays or additional government fees.
7. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
- Please ensure all shipping details are accurate.
- Pastura is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages.
- Returned packages may require additional reshipping fees.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- Contact us if your package is significantly delayed.
- If the carrier confirms delivery but the package is missing, Pastura is not liable for theft after delivery.
- For damaged items, notify us within 48 hours with photos and order details.
9. Split Shipments
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability. Each shipment will include its own tracking number.
